Terms and Conditions for AGLA Book Store

Welcome to the Audrey Gwangwa Law Academy Book Store. By accessing and using our online store (https://store.audreyacademy.co.za), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Definitions

  • We are not liable for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in product descriptions, pricing, or availability.

  • Products are intended for personal or professional educational use. Redistribution, reproduction, or commercial resale without permission is prohibited.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance.

  • Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment is processed securely through PayFast. We do not store credit card details.

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship nationwide within South Africa via The Courier Guy.

  • Delivery times are estimated at 3–7 business days but may vary depending on location and courier schedules.

  • Free shipping is offered on all orders within South Africa.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, incorrect shipping information, or events beyond our control.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of educational materials, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@audreyacademy.co.za with your order number and photo evidence.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the store—including text, images, logos, and product designs—is the property of Audrey Gwangwa Law Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • Purchasing a product does not grant you ownership of its content beyond personal use.

7. Privacy

  • Your personal information is collected, used, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required for order fulfillment (e.g., courier services).

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Audrey Gwangwa Law Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or products purchased.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
